Data controller
Álvaro Indias Salguero (Arteotro Workshop), tax ID (NIF) 44787373W, Badajoz (Spain). Email: alvaroindias@arteotro.es.
What data I collect and why
Only what you give me in the website’s forms, which reach me by email:
Contact: name, email, phone (optional) and your message, to reply to you.
Commissions: name, email, phone (optional) and what you tell me about the piece, to study it and prepare a proposal.
“I want to know more” about courses: name, email and phone, to let you know when that course has dates.
I don’t use your data for anything else, I don’t send you advertising and I don’t build profiles.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by sending the form (on the contact and commission forms, also by ticking the box), and, for commissions and courses, the steps prior to a possible contract that you request.
How long I keep it
As long as needed to handle your enquiry, your commission or your interest in a course. If we reach an agreement, whatever the law requires (for example, tax rules). You can ask me to delete it sooner at any time.
Who else sees it
Nobody, unless required by law. For the website and email to work, the web and email hosting provider processes the data on my behalf, only to provide that service.
The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. To serve them, Google receives your device’s IP address; it does not set cookies. You can read its policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Website tools
The cut optimizer runs entirely in your browser. The measurements you enter are stored only on your device, so you don’t lose them when you come back, and they never reach me.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or take away your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing me at alvaroindias@arteotro.es.
If you think I haven’t handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the authority in your country.
This is a translation of the Spanish text, which prevails in case of doubt.
